New Patient First Appointment

Service Description

This is for first time patients and existing patients that haven't been seen for 12 months . If dressings and offloading / cushioning paddings are required these will be charged accordingly . If a form of in clinic verruca treatment is required there will be a small additional charge. Please complete New Patient Form and bring with you : https://www.kingshillpodiatry.com/paperwork-to-complete Please give 24 hours notice of any alteration or cancellation of your appointment to avoid a £15.00 fee. Non attendance may result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please allow at least 48 hours , less notice will allow refund minus deposit fee. Non Attendance to appointment will incur the full charge of appointment.
